International Higher Education Learning Commission (IHELC) brought global education leaders together to advance quality assurance, innovation, sustainability, and institutional excellence.

On 21–22 April 2026, the International Higher Education Learning Commission (IHELC), in collaboration with leading universities and international education partners, convened an international forum and expert meeting on Higher Education, Quality Assurance, Innovation, and Sustainable Development.
The event brought together university leaders, accreditation specialists, policymakers, researchers, and academic experts from around the world to strengthen global cooperation in higher education and institutional quality enhancement.
The forum gathered participants from universities, degree granting institutions, accreditation bodies, and professional organizations representing diverse educational sectors and international perspectives. The event reflected IHELC’s commitment to promoting academic excellence, institutional development, innovation, and globally connected learning systems.
The opening sessions emphasized the growing importance of international collaboration in addressing the evolving challenges and opportunities facing higher education worldwide. Speakers highlighted the critical role of universities and educational institutions in advancing research, innovation, sustainability, digital transformation, and workforce readiness in alignment with global development priorities.
Panel discussions explored international accreditation, quality assurance, innovation in higher education delivery, research collaboration, institutional transformation, sustainable development, digital learning, student empowerment, employability, global partnerships, and internationalization.
The second day focused on collaborative engagement and strategic dialogue among participating institutions.
